Considered the best zoo in Europe, it hosts the largest variety of parrots in the world, a tunnel with sharks, the penguin planet and various shows: dolphins, birds, sea lions and the most famous: killer whales. Besides, you can also meet flamingos, jaguars, iguanas, parrots, snakes and many more animals. As well as enjoy the restaurants and spaces of Loro Parque.

The park is located in Puerto de la Cruz, you can use the free express train from Loro Parque that leaves from Reyes Católicos Avenue every 20 minutes. The first departure is at 9:00 h. and the last train at 4:00 p.m. The same train will return to Reyes Católicos Avenue every 20 minutes, the first train departs at 12:00. and the last at 18:45.

You can also use the bus from the south of the island 7 days a week. Reservations with 24 hours in advance by calling +34 922 373 841 ext. 512/210.

The schedule of the Park is from 8:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. every day of the year.

The Services of the park:

-Free WIFI.

-Form of payment in the park. In all stores and establishments you can pay by card or cash.

-Smoking zone. Smoking is allowed in the park, but only in the indicated areas.

-Domestic animals. The access of any domestic animal to the park is not allowed.

-Lost and found: If you lose something contact our Public Relations.

-Accessibility. We have baby carts, wheelchairs and motorized carts if you need them.

• Baby Carts: 5 euros / daily. A deposit of 45 euros is required, which will be returned upon delivery of the cart.
• Wheelchairs: are available for free. A deposit of 30€ is required, which will be returned upon delivery of the wheelchair. Please reserve three days in advance: +34 922 373 841. Ext. 356 or 357.

Buying the tiket with Canary Car, you can go any day of your holidays without reservation or confirmation. Present the tiket at the entrance and you will have access for a whole day to the Loro Parque enclosure, to enjoy the animal world in all its fullness.
